What we collect

Pre-registration form: email, motel name, phone (optional), country and plan of interest. With your consent, analytics cookies collect pseudonymised usage data (pages, device, approximate region).

Purposes & legal basis

We process this data to contact you about the pre-launch and to honour the founder price (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and to measure interest in the product (consent). We do not sell your data.

Processors & transfers

Form: Formspree. Analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland). Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (SCCs).

Retention

We keep your data until launch plus 12 months, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@suitemenu.cloud. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
